Key Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and execute payment runs;
• Generate customer invoices and pursue receivables collection;
• Clear supplier debits and manage aged accruals;
• Perform vendor/customer account reconciliations;
• Prepare/post journal entries under supervision;
• Maintain current financial records and documentation;
• Support monthly/annual closing procedures;
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts (bank, prepayments, accruals);
• Assist with financial statements and management reporting;
• Support internal/external audit processes;
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards/internal controls;
• Manage organized filing systems;
• Respond to finance-related inquiries;
• Contribute to process optimization initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
• Solid understanding of accounting principles (IFRS knowledge advantageous);
• Advanced Microsoft Excel/Office proficiency;
• ERP software experience (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) preferred;
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy;
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication/interpersonal abilities;
• Independent/team-oriented work style;
• Proven confidentiality and integrity.
