Education Project Manager Sudan Kauda

The purpose of the Education Project Manager position is to drive the implementation of Education programming in the Nuba Mountains, ensuring implementation on-time, on-budget, in line with the proposal, and with excellent quality. Key objectives for this role include: Line management for project staff Adherence to NRC policies, guidance and procedures Contribute to the development of Country, Area and Education strategies, initiate and participate in the development of relevant Education projects Program Design and Planning: In consultation with partners, staff, area office management, Education Specialist, maintain a watching brief on access to and quality of education in the area of operations; Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and coordination throughout program implementation. Program Implementation: Oversee the implementation of education programming, including interventions in primary, non-formal, and youth programming, ensuring adherence to program design, standards, and protocols. Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning: Support and collaborate with NRC’s Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Team in conducting baseline, learning, and impact assessments, and relevant analytical activities Team leadership Line management of staff in line with NRC procedures, ensuring NRC is a great employer to work for Coordination and Representation: Responsible for attending relevant Education specific meetings and coordination for a, representing NRC strictly within the limit set out by the Area Office.
