Finance specialist (Readvertisement) Apply now Job no: 498987 Work type: Regular Full-Time Location: Cameroon - Yaoundé Categories: Finance/Administration ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as Finance specialist- Cameroon. The incumbent will provide technical, financial management support to NACC to strengthen budgeting, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance with Government of Cameroon and donor (CDC/PEPFAR) requirements. Under the supervision of DAF/NAAC, the Finance specialist will be responsible for: Financial Management & Controls Support NACC in preparing, monitoring, and revising annual and project-specific budgets. Ensure proper application of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls Accounting & Reporting Support accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports NACC. Compliance & Audit Support Ensure compliance with CDC/PEPFAR, Government of Cameroon, Support preparation for internal and external audits. Coordination & Liaison Serve as a key financial liaison between ICAP and NACC. Participate in coordination meetings and provide financial input to program discussions. ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Finance specialist - Cameroon position as soon as possible. The successful candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in accountancy, Finance or its equivalence.
