Job Description

We need to output clean semantic HTML with

,

,
  • . No CSS classes, no inline styles, no
    , no
. Must preserve original content word-for-word, no addition/removal. The input is already HTML with many tags, but we need to output cleaned HTML according to rules. We must keep content exactly as given, but reformat using allowed tags only. We cannot add or remove content. So we need to parse the given text and output same content but with only

    ,

    ,
    • . Also we must remove any tags not allowed:
, , , , , style attributes, etc. Also need to remove empty paragraphs etc? The instruction: "Preserve ALL original content word-for-word — do not add, remove, summarise, or rephrase". That means we cannot remove any text content, but we can change tags? Changing tags is altering markup but not content. The content includes the text inside tags; we can change surrounding tags as long as we keep the text same. However we must not remove any text, including whitespace? Probably fine. We need to strip out all disallowed tags and attributes, leaving only plain text, then wrap paragraphs in

      , headings in

      , lists in
      • . But we must ensure we don't lose any text like "&" etc. Those are HTML entities; they should be preserved as is. We need to parse the given input string. Let's extract the textual content. Given input:

        • Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager or National Director.

        Qualifications:  Education/Knowledge/Technical Skills and Experience

The following may be acquired through a combination of formal or self-education, prior experience or on-the-job training:

        Educational level required:   Education

        • Bachelor's degree in Development Studies, International Development, Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, International Relations, Public Administration or another relevant discipline.
        • A Master's degree in a relevant field is strongly preferred.
        • Professional training or postgraduate qualifications in resource mobilization, fundraising, grants management, project cycle management, business development or a related field will be an advantage.

        Professional Experience

        • Minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible experience in resource acquisition, fundraising, business development, grants acquisition or institutional donor engagement, preferably within an international NGO, development organisation or humanitarian agency.
        • At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership or management role involving complex programmes, institutional fundraising or grants acquisition.
        • Demonstrated experience securing and managing large, complex and multi-million-dollar institutional grants.
        • Proven experience leading successful proposals and funding strategies for major institutional donors, such as USA Government Grants, EU/ECHO, FCDO, UN agencies, World B The text cuts off at "World B". Probably incomplete but we must preserve as is. Now we need to output HTML with only

          ,

          ,
          • . We need to decide what constitutes section headers. The original has various bold/underline headings: "Employee Contract Type:", "Job Description:", "Purpose of the position:", "Major Responsibilities:", then each responsibility numbered with bold like "1. Resource Acquisition Strategy and Leadership 15%" etc. Also "Qualifications: Education/Knowledge/Technical Skills and Experience". Also subheadings like "Educational level required", "Professional Experience". We need to use

for section headers (e.g. Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Education, Experience, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role). So we should treat those headings as

            . The rest paragraphs as

            . Lists as

            • . We must preserve content exactly, so we need to keep the text of headings unchanged, just wrap them in

instead of etc. We also need to remove any stray tags like
              , , , , , style attributes. Also need to remove empty

maybe but that would be removing content (empty). However empty paragraph has no text; removing it might be considered removing content? It's empty, but it's still a tag. The instruction says preserve ALL original content word-for-word — do not add, remove, summarise, or rephrase. Empty paragraph has no content, but removing the tag could be considered removing markup, not content. Safer to keep empty

              ? But we cannot use

              with no content? It's allowed. However we must not use any disallowed tags;

is allowed. So we can keep empty

. But we might also collapse them? Safer to keep them as

. We also need to handle the text that appears outside of tags, like "Local - Fixed Term Employee (durée déterminée)" after a closing

              and before

. That text is currently not wrapped in any tag. We need to wrap it in

. Also there may be other stray texts. Let's extract the logical flow: Start:

With 75 years of experience, our focus is on helping the most vulnerable children overcome poverty and experience fullness of life. We help children of all backgrounds, even in the most dangerous places, inspired by our Christian faith.

              Then

              Then

              Employee Contract Type:

Then text: Local - Fixed Term Employee (durée déterminée) Then

              Then

              Job Description:

              Then

              Purpose of the position:

              Then series of

              paragraphs. Then

              Then

              Major Responsibilities:

              Then

              Key Outputs/Responsibilities:

              Then

              Then

              1. Resource Acquisition Strategy and Leadership 15%

              Then
                list items. Then

                Then
