We are looking for a **Risk and Compliance Manager.**
The Risk and Compliance Manager is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating organizational risks while ensuring full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role plays a critical part in safeguarding the organization’s integrity, reputation, and operational sustainability through effective risk management frameworks and compliance programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement risk management and compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures
- Identify, assess, and monitor key business risks (operational, financial, legal, and strategic)
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies
- Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and compliance reviews
- Develop and maintain risk registers and mitigation plans
- Advise senior management on risk exposure and compliance issues
- Lead internal investigations and ensure timely resolution of compliance breaches
- Coordinate with external regulators, auditors, and stakeholders
- Deliver training and awareness programs on risk and compliance matters
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations and ensure organizational readiness
- Prepare reports and dashboards for senior leadership and board review
- Promote a strong risk-aware and compliance-driven culture across the organization
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Law, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional certifications such as **CISA, CRISC, CAMS, CPA, or ACCA**are highly preferred
Experience
- Minimum of **7–12 years**of experience in risk management, compliance, audit, or related field
- Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role
- Experience working with regulatory bodies and compliance frameworks
